What you'll do

Translate functional requirements into system designs and communicate component interactions to align with business needs.
Design and develop product components while leading design reviews to ensure adherence to requirements.
Create, implement, and maintain extensible, reusable code while driving quality through metrics and best practices.
Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Create complex test plans and proactively address defects to minimize customer impact.
Leverage data analysis and monitoring standards to identify patterns and defects across all environments.
Respond to incidents during on-call rotations and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure resolution.
Build, enhance, and identify new developer tools to support programs and applications.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
Must have at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree or 0 years with a PhD.
Must have 8+ years of relevant work experience if no degree is held.
Must be able to work in an office setting at least 3 days per week.
Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time.
Deep expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Security is preferred.
Full-stack fluency in Angular or React and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases is preferred.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and container-based technologies is preferred.
