What you'll do

Translate functional requirements into system designs and communicate component interactions to align with business needs.
Design and develop product components while leading design reviews to ensure adherence to requirements.
Create and maintain extensible, reusable code and drive engineering excellence through metrics and best practices.
Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and provide technical feedback to team members.
Create complex test plans and identify test gaps to proactively address defects and minimize customer impact.
Respond to incidents during on-call rotations and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure system stability.
Build and enhance developer tools to support internal programs and applications.
Leverage data analysis and monitoring standards to identify patterns and defects across all environments.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Must have at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
Must have 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
Must have 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python and Angular/React (preferred).
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD (preferred).
Experience in developing full stack applications and/or implementing web-based or mobile applications using AI tools (preferred).
Experience with Generative AI, including LLM agents, RAG systems, and NLP (preferred).
