What you'll do

Translate functional requirements into system designs and communicate component interactions to align with business needs.
Design, develop, and review product components while ensuring adherence to technical requirements and standards.
Create and maintain extensible, reusable code while driving quality through metrics and best practices.
Lead code reviews to ensure team compliance with established coding standards and provide constructive feedback.

What we're looking for

5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in software engineering or a directly related field.
Experience developing full stack and/or implementing web-based or mobile applications using AI tools (preferred).
Experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports (preferred).
Experience in technologies, software systems, or a directly related field (preferred).
Experience creating and maintaining test plans and executing testing procedures (preferred).
Experience debugging and troubleshooting software issues (preferred).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions (preferred).
