Key tools include LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, Kubernetes, Docker, and Prometheus. You will solve complex problems regarding multi-agent orchestration, distributed system reliability, and high-scale infrastructure to deliver robust, production-ready AI solutions within the enterprise environment.

What you'll do

Architect and evolve the Agentic AI Platform to support multi-agent orchestration and RAG integration.
Design and build scalable backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs to connect backend services, AI agents, and front-end applications.
Integrate Large Language Models into backend systems and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases.
Build and manage distributed, fault-tolerant systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and Prometheus for monitoring.
Implement strategies for latency reduction, cost optimization, and service reliability in production environments.
Mentor developers, set coding standards, and lead technical design reviews.
Explore new frameworks and deployment models to advance Agentic AI capabilities within the organization.

What we're looking for

Must have a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, an advanced degree with 2 years of experience, or a PhD.
Alternatively, must have at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
6+ years of backend software development experience with Java and Spring Boot (preferred).
2+ years of backend experience with Python using FastAPI or Flask (preferred).
Production-level experience building AI Agentic solutions, including LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines (preferred).
Experience with vector databases, cloud platforms, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
Proficiency in REST/gRPC API design, distributed microservices, and event-driven architectures (preferred).
Experience in leadership roles, code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (preferred).
