Staff SW Engineer Visa is seeking a Staff SW Engineer to join the team building a next-generation Agentic AI Platform. What you'll do

Architect and evolve the Agentic AI Platform to support multi-agent orchestration and RAG.
Design scalable backend systems using Java Spring Boot and Python FastAPI or Flask.
Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs to connect backend services, AI agents, and React front-ends.
Integrate Large Language Models like GPT and Claude into enterprise backend systems.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
Develop agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Autogen.
Implement auto-scaling, monitoring, and observability using Kubernetes, Docker, and Prometheus.
Mentor developers, set coding standards, and lead technical design reviews.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
6+ years of backend software development experience with Java and Spring Boot (preferred).
2+ years of backend experience with Python using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks (preferred).
Production-level experience building and deploying AI Agentic solutions, including LLM orchestration and enterprise microservice integration (preferred).
Hands-on experience implementing LLM, GenAI, and RAG systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Autogen (preferred).
Proficiency in REST/gRPC API design, event-driven architectures, and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ (preferred).
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions (preferred).
