What you'll do

Lead a team of software engineers in developing cutting-edge algorithms using MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or CUDA/OpenCL.
Develop signal processing algorithms in both time and frequency domains for defense and intelligence applications.
Implement digital communication systems, modulation techniques, and RF signal processing chains.
Apply AI/ML techniques such as deep learning and reinforcement learning to signal processing tasks like denoising and classification.
Optimize real-time signal processing workloads using GPU development tools like CUDA or OpenCL.
Develop embedded software for SoCs, DSPs, and FPGA designs on low SWAP systems.
Serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor to senior leadership and external partners on defense projects.
Execute software development tasks following Agile methodologies within Linux/UNIX or Windows environments.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
A Top Secret security clearance is required.
A BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 12 years of experience, an MS with 10 years, or a PhD with 7 years is required.
Experience as a technical lead on a defense project is required.
Experience developing software using the Agile methodology is required.
Proficiency in MATLAB with a Digital Signal Processing focus is preferred.
Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Embedded Software Design in Linux/UNIX environments is preferred.
Experience in GPU development (CUDA, OpenCL) or FPGA design on low SWAP systems is preferred.
