What you'll do

Lead a team of software engineers in developing cutting-edge algorithms for defense systems.
Develop signal processing algorithms using MATLAB, Python, C/C++, CUDA, or OpenCL.
Implement Digital Signal Processing (DSP) techniques for RADAR, EW, and Software Defined Radios.
Apply AI/ML models to signal-processing tasks like denoising, classification, and anomaly detection.
Design and develop embedded software for SoCs, DSPs, and FPGA-based low SWAP systems.
Execute software development projects following Agile methodologies in Linux/UNIX or Windows environments.
Provide technical leadership and advice to senior leadership and external partners on hardware projects.

What we're looking for

Must have a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 12 years of experience, an MS with 10 years, or a PhD with 7 years.
US Citizenship is required.
Top Secret clearance is required.
Must have experience as a technical lead on a defense project.
Must have experience developing software in the Agile methodology.
Proficient with MATLAB with a Digital Signal Processing focus (preferred).
Proficient in C/C++, Python, or Embedded SW Design in Linux/UNIX environments (preferred).
PhD Degree in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering discipline with 7 years of experience.
