What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and related experience, or a Master's Degree and related experience.
  • Expert experience in designing and developing complex software systems.
  • Expert knowledge in modern programming languages such as C/C++/C# or Python and agile methodologies.
  • Expert level of understanding of test-driven methodologies, design patterns, and CI/CD.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to junior team members and work independently on complex assignments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel 10% to the EU for work purposes.
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems, RTOS, robotics, and communication protocols (preferred).
