What we're looking for

BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Proven record of driving initiatives that involve changes in engineering culture through evangelism and structured processes.
Strong experience designing, deploying, and operating applications on AWS with command-line proficiency, Git, and Docker.
Extensive experience with modern JavaScript, building responsive UIs, and scalable services with contemporary frameworks.
Deep industry experience with modern development technologies and hands-on familiarity with both client and server technology.
Ability to review company goals and lead teams by breaking solutions into meaningful tasks to execute or delegate.
Experience working on Kanban/Scrum teams and with project management tools (preferred).
