What you'll do

Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
Convert complex user problems from stakeholders into actionable technical requirements and well-scoped engineering units.
Mentor engineers and junior leaders to foster technical growth, documentation, and professional development.
Define and track success metrics using data-driven engineering practices to optimize development processes.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area (preferred).
Experience building AI-driven applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
Experience with cloud-native architecture principles including microservices, containers, and automation.
Experience with CI/CD deployment, observability, monitoring, and infrastructure/tooling development.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
Experience integrating AI agents and ML components that support multi-step reasoning and automation (preferred).
