What you'll do

Analyze products and solutions to identify gaps between business needs and existing technical capabilities.

Design detailed technical solutions by converting High-Level Designs into specific component specifications.
Develop and implement code using appropriate frameworks while maintaining established coding standards.
Translate customer requirements into comprehensive test strategies and determine necessary testing tools.
Monitor project milestones, progress, and adherence to the CI/CD process.
Track and analyze defects, conduct regression testing, and troubleshoot system performance bottlenecks.
Perform complex maintenance procedures and evaluate change requests to optimize application performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience in software engineering.
6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on Java and Javascript based systems including React, React Native, Node, and Spring.
Experience in CI/CD automation including Agile delivery, feature flags, and backwards compatibility.
Strong experience with performance profiling tools and techniques to identify bottlenecks in code and system components.
Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture and design principles.
Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and hands-on experience in optimizing applications for cloud deployment.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Master's degree in computer science or a related field and 2 years of experience in software engineering (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (preferred).
