What we're looking for

Proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver modular solutions.
Experience leading the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring.
Ability to conduct system design reviews and influence technical decisions to ensure architectural best practices.
Skills in data-driven decision making to define success metrics and optimize engineering processes.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
