What you'll do

Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features using React, C# backend services, and spatial databases.
Build scalable 3D geospatial solutions using the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript to surface enterprise data.

Own the quality assurance process by developing and modifying comprehensive unit, integration, and system testing frameworks.
Triage complicated production failures and perform root cause analysis to drive independent resolutions.
Mentor junior engineers on technical standards, coding techniques, and best practices to improve team efficiency.

What we're looking for

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (4.x), including 3D development and spatial data serving.
Hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, tool use, and structured outputs.
Ability to review, validate, and debug AI-generated code with strong engineering judgment.
Solid understanding of backend systems, microservice architectures, and distributed systems using C#, Python, or Node.js.
Front-end experience with React (Angular or Vue.js also considered) for product-facing applications and internal tools.
Experience designing RESTful APIs, major cloud platforms, relational/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD technologies.
