What you'll do

Architect and build end-to-end platform solutions including backend services, RESTful APIs, and front-end interfaces.
Design and operate scalable microservices and event-driven architectures using OOP and domain-driven design patterns.
Lead the integration of agentic AI, LLM-powered capabilities, and MCP-based tools into platform services.
Develop shared frameworks and clear documentation to simplify the experience for other engineering teams.
Modernize and manage cloud-native infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS platforms.
Mentor senior engineers on technical strategy, architecture decisions, and responsible AI tool usage.
Define technical strategies and evaluate new technologies based on their actual platform value.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of professional software engineering experience including architecting complex platform solutions across multiple domains.
Must possess strong command of object-oriented programming, domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven architecture, and microservices.
Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, C#, or Python is required.
Must have full-stack experience designing and building RESTful APIs from the data layer through to consuming services.
Required hands-on experience building AI-powered features (LLMs, AI agents) and using AI coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
Must have deep, hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture on Azure and/or AWS.
Must demonstrate a track record of simplifying developer workflows and writing clear technical documentation.
