What we're looking for

Must have 8–12+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing or embedded technical delivery roles.
Must possess a strong software architecture background to design and defend systems across various tools and platforms.
Must have direct, hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
Must have experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server/client implementation.
Must have data engineering experience building and redesigning data pipelines and flows from varied sources.
Must possess full-stack development proficiency including backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces.
Must have experience mentoring engineers and defining technical standards adopted across the organization.
