What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-performing mobile applications, SDKs, and reusable frameworks for Android and iOS platforms.
Translate functional requirements into technical system designs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Write, review, and maintain extensible, secure code that adheres to established engineering best practices.
Design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing, security validation, and release management.
Manage the end-to-end mobile release lifecycle including versioning, code signing, and app store deployments.
Utilize monitoring and debugging tools to resolve complex technical issues and improve product reliability.
Create comprehensive technical documentation, sample applications, and integration guides for internal and external partners.
Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance engineering productivity and software quality.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, Advanced degree with 2+ years, PhD with 0 years, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in software engineering or a directly related field.
Experience developing and supporting native mobile applications on Android and/or iOS platforms.
Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering best practices (preferred).
Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions and services (preferred).
Experience creating test strategies, quality assurance processes, and resolving complex production issues (preferred).
Experience with mobile SDKs, reusable libraries, developer-facing APIs, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
Experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Fastlane, Bitrise, or CocoaPods (preferred).
