What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Strong software engineering fundamentals including system design, data structures, API integration, testing, debugging, and production-quality delivery.
Hands-on mobile development experience, preferably with Android, Kotlin, Jetpack, app architecture, performance, and testing (preferred).
Ability to use AI-powered developer tools to understand codebases, accelerate development, improve quality, and contribute across unfamiliar platforms.
Willingness to work beyond mobile frontend, including backend services, APIs, Order Lifecycle systems, and web frontend when needed.
Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows (preferred).
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience (preferred).
