What we're looking for
Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience with expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and durable execution engines.

Expertise in setting technical direction for platform abstractions and driving cross-functional alignment across infrastructure, security, and product teams.
Experience in service identity, multi-tenant security (mTLS, SPIFFE), and LLM observability or cost governance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflows for relevant outputs.
Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work, including testing, source-checking, and peer code review.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
