Infra Software Engineer, Agentic Runtime

What you'll do

• Stand up infrastructure, simulation solutions, and integrations for agent development.
• Manage Infrastructure-as-Code at scale for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
• Create capabilities for customers with heavy training and validation workloads.
• Build applications to productize and democratize scalable machine learning.
• Work directly with customers to deploy software and systems.
• Optimize software products and applications for maximum end-user value.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience working with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, or JavaScript.
• Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerized applications, Kubernetes for scaling services, and configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
• Demonstrated experience creating and running ML infrastructure for post-training, such as supervised fine-tuning or reinforcement learning (preferred).
• Expertise in virtualization and containerization technologies (preferred).
• Experience with SITL and HITL simulation infrastructure design, development, and deployment for complex systems (preferred).
