Staff Software Development Engineer, Data Analytics

What you'll do

• Design and implement efficient, scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide technical input on feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability for digital engineering projects.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality to deliver high-quality code.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to improve their technical skills.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
