What we're looking for

7+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web applications.
5+ years of experience in React, React TypeScript, React JS, Python, Nodejs or other front-end frameworks.
5+ years of experience with cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, Azure, or other public cloud services.
3+ years of experience as a full stack developer in Java-based technologies including microservices, FAST API, and spring boot framework/REST.
3+ years of experience in Agile development practices.
3+ years of experience applying AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Amazon Q to accelerate software development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
Experience leading projects or managing directs (preferred).
