What you'll do

Develop and enhance features for signature engines, header security, WAF scripting, and bot mitigation.
Improve debugging and unit testing tools for web security features.
Provide expertise on web security event responses and conduct internal training.
Collaborate with Cloud and Intelligence teams to improve feature accuracy and reduce false positives.
Design new features and contribute to product roadmaps in coordination with Product Management.
Deliver high-quality features through the full development lifecycle with R&D and QA teams.
Research emerging technologies and industry tools to devise innovative security solutions.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical program.
Proficiency in C language and Linux development tools like gcc, gdb, libc, and GNU Make is required.
Solid knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS/HTTP2 protocols and experience with Linux systems and networking troubleshooting is required.
Familiarity with network firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL, WAF, and ADC is required.
Experience developing in common web servers and proxies like Nginx, Apache, or Haproxy is required.
Understanding of Web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS/JSON/XML) and OWASP Top 10 security issues is required.
