Staff Software Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Create Proof of Concepts to address specific customer challenges and improve project outcomes.
• Lead solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide expert-level support to resolve complex issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Identify system gaps in the digital ecosystem and provide solutions to enhance performance.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to improve their technical skills.
• Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality to deliver high-quality code.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and solutions with cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
• 3+ years of experience working on CI/CD Pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
