What you'll do

Design, deliver, and operate business-critical distributed systems.
Build and sustain innovative software solutions for large-scale systems.

What we're looking for

7 years of software development experience.
Strong foundation in software engineering including problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, and concurrency.
Experience as a polyglot software engineer.
Experience with more than one of C++, C#, Java, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, Python, or similar.
Experience using full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Strong experience with distributed systems design, implementation, and operation at scale.
Strong experience with cloud vendors such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Ability to travel quarterly or as needed.
Familiarity with asynchronous, event-based architectures (preferred).
6+ months of experience using AI-assisted development tools (preferred).
Experience with Kafka, REST APIs, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (preferred).
Experience with Application and Performance Monitoring platforms like New Relic (preferred).
Experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
Experience with agile methodologies (preferred).
Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification (preferred).
