Staff Software Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications and backend microservices.
• Architect and implement interactive dashboards to surface complex data insights in an intuitive manner.
• Design secure APIs and integration layers to connect applications with enterprise databases and third-party platforms.
• Integrate AI/ML technologies like Large Language Models into core products to automate workflows and provide data synthesis.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Infrastructure as Code to ensure high availability.
• Establish standards for monitoring, logging, and performance profiling while leading root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish coding standards and reusable design patterns.
• Translate vague business requirements into technical solutions and shape the long-term technical roadmap.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications.
• Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue and experience with data visualization libraries.
• Deep expertise in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go to design scalable microservices.
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs, and integrating high-volume data feeds into application layers.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs into software products using orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Expert-level knowledge of public cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and proficiency with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience building internal developer platforms, data streaming technologies, or DevSecOps practices (preferred).
