What you'll do

  • Manage engineering work within tools like Jira to maintain transparency and accountability for all team members.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, technical project leadership, or engineering in complex enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or Associate's degree with equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs, ideally in data-centric domains.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and provide action-based reporting.
  • Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Advanced degree in Program Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA with a technical focus (preferred).
  • Experience managing complex programs including roadmap planning and execution oversight (preferred).
