Staff Program Manager, Corporate Strategy, Development, and Planning Group

What you'll do

• Lead complex Global Planning, Design, and Product IT initiatives from initial concept through final delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and measurable success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional leads.
• Coordinate sequencing of dependent work tasks to ensure projects remain on track and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Identify risks and early warning signals while developing and executing mitigation plans for roadblocks.
• Create and manage strategic roadmaps that define product requirements and ensure seamless integration across teams.
• Optimize engineering workflows and change management processes to improve operational efficiency and impact.
• Deliver executive-level presentations using data, metrics, and storytelling to communicate program status and insights.
• Manage engineering work within tools like Jira to maintain transparency and accountability for all team members.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in program management, technical project leadership, or engineering in complex enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or Associate's degree with equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs, ideally in data-centric domains.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and provide action-based reporting.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced degree in Program Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA with a technical focus (preferred).
• Experience managing complex programs including roadmap planning and execution oversight (preferred).
• Experience with specific applications like Team Center, Planisware, Momentum, or AI-enhanced reporting tools (preferred).
