What you'll do

Define and execute the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for enterprise Sustainability Data Products.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery through to value realization.
Build AI-ready data foundations through scalable sourcing, modeling, governance, and lineage.
Translate sustainability business needs into scalable data products that deliver measurable outcomes.
Drive improvements in data quality, integrity, automation, and decision intelligence.
Partner with Engineering to build scalable data architectures and platform capabilities.
Establish governance for prioritization, execution, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive product adoption through KPI measurement, continuous feedback, and iterative evolution.

What we're looking for

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 7 years of product management experience.
Possess 9 years of experience in product management or a related area.
Have 10+ years of Product Management experience leading enterprise data products from strategy through execution and adoption.
Demonstrate technical proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, Python, APIs, and ETL/ELT.
Build AI-ready data foundations through scalable data architecture, modeling, governance, lineage, and democratization.
Define product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps, KPIs, and outcome-driven strategies aligned with business objectives.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years of experience as a product manager (preferred).
Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products (preferred).
