What you'll do

Drive strategy and execution for pricing spark driver offers, driver matching algorithms, and driver incentives.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery and roadmap development to post-launch value realization.
Define multi-quarter product visions and strategies for international markets including Canada and LATAM.
Conduct advanced product analytics and use experimentation techniques like A/B testing to validate assumptions.
Identify AI-powered feature opportunities and assess technical feasibility in partnership with Engineering and Data teams.
Manage risk, dependency, and backlog priority trade-offs while defining clear acceptance criteria and rollout plans.
Mentor less experienced product managers on roadmap development, scope trade-offs, and launch readiness.
Influence technical direction and architectural choices across system architecture, data pipelines, and cloud capabilities.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 7 years of product management experience.
Must have 9 years of experience in product management or a related area.
Must demonstrate ability to drive strategy and execution for complex products or small sets of related products.
Must possess strong stakeholder leadership skills to influence across functions without direct people management responsibility.
Must be able to conduct advanced product analytics and use data to influence prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
Must have a strong technology orientation regarding system architecture, services, data pipelines, and cloud capabilities.
Must be able to mentor less experienced product managers on roadmap development and launch readiness.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years of experience as a product manager (preferred).
