Staff Product Manager, Customer Growth

What you'll do

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven growth and personalization initiatives.
• Develop products leveraging behavioral signals, machine learning, and optimization systems to improve retention.
• Manage experimentation and A/B testing to optimize customer engagement and wallet share.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to build recommendation engines and decisioning platforms.
• Translate customer insights into scalable platform capabilities for omnichannel growth.
• Orchestrate lifecycle engagement, messaging, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Oversee the development of AI-assisted engagement systems and propensity modeling.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
• 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager (preferred).
• 6+ years of Product Management experience in technology or data-intensive environments (preferred).
• Experience building AI/ML-driven products, personalization systems, recommendation engines, or growth platforms (preferred).
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering and Data Science teams (preferred).
• Experience with customer engagement, retention, CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle ecosystems (preferred).
• Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
