What you'll do

Define multi-generation product roadmaps for high-speed connectivity solutions supporting AI and cloud infrastructure.
Translate customer needs and market requirements into technical product specifications and roadmap priorities.
Identify emerging trends in AI networking, scale-up fabrics, chiplet ecosystems, and rack-scale infrastructure.
Lead the development of business cases, investment recommendations, and pricing strategies for new technologies.
Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to define system-level requirements for optical and electrical interconnects.
Develop value propositions and positioning for strategic customer opportunities in the hyperscale data center market.
Manage product lifecycles from initial concept through market deployment and adoption tracking.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or a related field.
5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
10+ years of experience in semiconductor, networking, connectivity, or AI infrastructure markets.
Strong understanding of high-speed connectivity technologies including PCIe, Ethernet, optical interconnects, and chiplet ecosystems.
Experience with AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, HPC systems, or cloud architectures.
Familiarity with advanced packaging, heterogeneous integration, and high-bandwidth interconnect solutions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at the executive level.
Strong financial, analytical, and market evaluation capabilities.
