Staff Manager, Product Management, Customer Strategy & Solution, Data Center Custom Silicon

What you'll do

• Translate customer priorities and technical requirements into actionable product recommendations and solution strategies for custom silicon.
• Lead solution definition for requests for information, quotations, statements of work, and product requirements documents.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, finance, and sales to resolve scope and execution dependencies.
• Support opportunity qualification, customer prioritization, investment recommendations, and design-win strategies for custom silicon.
• Partner with finance and sales on pricing inputs, commercial assumptions, and revenue planning from a solution strategy perspective.
• Contribute customer strategy inputs to technology roadmaps for chiplets, packaging, memory, and compute.
• Establish and improve processes, templates, and requirements governance to support consistent customer engagement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
• MBA or advanced technical degree (preferred).
• 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience in roles such as Product Management, Customer Solutions, or Strategic Marketing (preferred).
• Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers, AI infrastructure companies, or strategic semiconductor customers (preferred).
• Demonstrated success contributing to complex custom silicon, infrastructure, networking, or AI datacenter initiatives (preferred).
• Strong understanding of custom silicon development lifecycles, semiconductor business models, and technology platform strategies (preferred).
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning skills including business case development and revenue planning (preferred).
