What you'll do

  • Lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI shopping assistant capabilities across external and partner-enabled platforms.
  • Define core requirements for agent-to-agent architectures to support discovery, basket building, and checkout readiness.
  • Establish product guardrails for AI actions involving cart modifications, payments, order management, and customer consent.
  • Develop APIs, tools, MCP servers, and integration patterns to ensure reliable commerce capabilities across multiple environments.
  • Create instrumentation to measure adoption, conversion, latency, and other key performance metrics for shopping experiences.
  • Build reusable playbooks and standards to accelerate the safe deployment of future partner integrations.
  • Define user experiences that balance low-friction entry with personalization and secure account linking.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required for candidates with 13 years of experience.
  • Candidates with 15 years of experience in product management or a related area are eligible without a specific degree.
  • At least 15 years of product management experience in areas like ecommerce, AI products, platform products, or consumer technology is preferred.
  • Experience building platform capabilities, APIs, MCP servers, and reusable product infrastructure is required.
  • Proficiency in defining requirements for complex systems involving AI models, backend services, data flows, and security controls is required.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce customer journeys including discovery, cart management, checkout, and post-purchase experiences is required.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, legal, privacy, security, and payment teams is required.
  • Experience with conversational AI, large language models, and high-trust environments is preferred.
