Serve as the primary functional expert for Zuora RevPro and NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules.
Translate complex business requirements from global teams into robust functional specifications.
Design, configure, and maintain core Zuora RevPro functionalities including revenue schedules and allocation rules.
Configure and maintain NetSuite features such as Advanced Billing, Usage Billing, and Collection Management.
Troubleshoot data flow and integration errors between Salesforce, NetSuite, and RevPro systems.
Utilize NetSuite AI and GenAI tools to automate manual reconciliations and detect transaction anomalies.
Create dashboards using SuiteAnalytics and RevPro Analytics to provide visibility into billing and revenue metrics.
Ensure compliance with ASC 606 standards and support SOX reporting and financial audits.
What we're looking for
You must have 8+ years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst with hands-on Zuora RevPro and NetSuite Order-to-Cash expertise.
You must be able to manage revenue recognition configurations in Zuora RevPro, including POB, SSP, and ASC 606 compliance.
You must have hands-on experience configuring NetSuite modules such as Order Management, Advanced Billing, and SuiteFlow.
You must be able to troubleshoot complex data flows between Salesforce, NetSuite, and RevPro.
You must be able to use SuiteAnalytics, Workbooks, and RevPro Analytics to create dashboards and reports.
You must be able to support SOX reporting, financial audits, and month-end reconciliation processes.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience is required.
Zuora RevPro Certification, NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification, CSPO, or CBAP certification are preferred; knowledge of IPaaS tools like Celigo or Boomi is an advantage.
