Staff Product Analyst, Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking

What you'll do

• Lead the design and configuration of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking business processes and eligibility rules.
• Manage the full lifecycle of payroll and time tracking configurations from discovery through deployment and maintenance.
• Translate complex business needs from People, Payroll, and Finance leadership into clear functional requirements.
• Leverage Workday reporting and analytics to monitor process performance and deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
• Oversee third-party vendor relationships to ensure seamless data flows and adherence to service level agreements.
• Drive end-user adoption of new Workday features through comprehensive documentation and training programs.
• Ensure all configurations strictly adhere to global data privacy requirements and internal security standards.

What we're looking for

• Must have 7+ years of experience configuring Workday Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
• Must possess deep functional expertise in Workday Payroll (GL, pay components, taxes), Absence, and Time Tracking configuration.
• Must have proven experience leading tenant configuration testing, including UAT and regression testing.
• Must have advanced capability in building custom Workday reports, dashboards, and hubs.
• Must have experience working in an Agile environment managing backlogs and iterative cycles.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or U.S. national).
• Must be physically located on U.S. soil.
• U.S. citizen as defined in 42 U.S. Code § 9102.
