What you'll do

  • Manage a team of product managers while personally owning a specific set of finance applications.
  • Develop and execute multi-quarter roadmaps for the Finance SaaS portfolio including payroll, treasury, and procurement.
  • Drive AI transformation by identifying automation use cases to replace manual finance processes.
  • Lead build-vs-buy decisions and manage all vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Translate complex business requirements from senior leadership into technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Establish a standardized product operating model for intake, prioritization, release management, and adoption tracking.
  • Oversee M&A activities including system due diligence, gap analysis, and integration planning.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 8+ years of experience in product management, business/finance systems, or finance transformation.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience directly managing people.
  • Demonstrated ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across domains like ERP, EPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, or payroll.
  • Proven track record of building and running product operating models including roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and release management.
  • Strong vendor management skills including selection, renewals, SLAs, and influencing vendor roadmaps.
  • Ability to communicate complex portfolio strategies to executives and technical sprint priorities to engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of financial controls, audit readiness, SOX requirements, data quality, and compliance impacts.
  • Experience defining close transformation roadmaps, reconciliation strategies, reporting readiness plans, and UAT strategies.
