What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Deep expertise administering and architecting platforms including Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Artifactory, Kafka, SonarQube, and Coverity.
Proven experience designing and operating highly available, resilient platforms with knowledge of disaster recovery, performance engineering, and observability.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD automation, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and identity management.
Track record leading security, compliance, access governance, cyber resilience, and platform modernization initiatives.
Experience with AI-driven platform operations, agentic AI solutions, RAG, or developer productivity transformation (preferred).
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, security, or platform engineering (preferred).
