As an AI DevOps Engineer, you will join the team to design, build, and operate automated workflows and AI tools that deliver secure results for enterprise systems. You will be a hands-on technical contributor responsible for configuring and supporting the AI Gateway, managing model selection, API connections, and usage tracking. Your daily work involves developing automation scripts, maintaining technical documentation, and performing testing and troubleshooting for integrated platforms. To succeed, you must possess expertise in software engineering, DevSecOps practices, cloud platforms, and identity and access management. You will utilize tools such as Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and webhooks to ensure secure system integrations. The role focuses on solving the challenge of providing controlled, reliable access to approved AI models while improving prompt accuracy and workflow reliability within a complex technical environment.
Design, configure, test, and deploy AI tools and automated workflows.
Operate the AI Gateway to manage model access, permissions, and usage tracking.
Build secure connections between AI tools, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Develop automation scripts, technical documentation, runbooks, and implementation guides.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and release activities for all AI systems.
Implement security controls including identity management, access permissions, and monitoring.
Optimize prompts, workflows, and assistant configurations to improve accuracy and reliability.
What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, platform engineering, automation, cybersecurity operations, or a related technical field.
Experience delivering business or enterprise software, automation, integration, platform, or application solutions.
Experience implementing or supporting AI tools, automation platforms, AI gateways, workflow technologies, or enterprise applications.
Experience with cloud platforms, DevSecOps practices, identity and access management, logging, and monitoring tools.
Experience building secure system integrations including sign-in, permissions, access controls, and API/webhook integrations.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and documenting solutions to drive work to resolution.
