What you'll do

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for CNC machines.
Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
Install, align, calibrate, and commission new or modified equipment to ensure compliance with standards.
Lead root cause investigations and define corrective actions for equipment failures.
Manage critical spares inventory and coordinate with suppliers on equipment upgrades.
Provide technical training and mentorship to maintenance teams.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and quality regulations.

What we're looking for

10+ years experience in mechanical overhaul and precision equipment maintenance.
Advanced fault-finding skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Expertise in troubleshooting robotics and 5-axis CNC machines.
Strong capability in precision alignment and PM program development.
Experience with FANUC or Siemens operating systems preferred.
Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and interpret PLC/HMI documentation.
Proven technical leadership and training skills for maintenance teams.
