What you'll do

  • Set and drive technical direction and architectural decisions for the DAP Repository Flows team.
  • Lead the design and delivery of autonomous and scheduled agents operating on customer codebases.
  • Design and refine the onboarding experience to ensure customers can configure projects quickly.
  • Resolve complex technical problems and prevent them through high-quality system design.
  • Mentor senior and intermediate engineers while reviewing designs and code for quality.
  • Partner across teams to align on shared patterns, interfaces, and platform capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails in production systems.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs into products.
  • Experience building agentic systems, including autonomous or semi-autonomous agents that take actions on a user's behalf.
  • A track record of designing and shipping complex, high-scale systems.
  • Ability to set technical direction and drive initiatives across team boundaries.
