What you'll do

  • Build and maintain agentic workflow components on the Duo Agent Platform.
  • Write tests, documentation, and evaluations to validate agentic-workflow behavior.
  • Contribute to and evolve the platform requirements knowledge base and schema.
  • Develop validation tooling for structured requirement data.
  • Build integration surfaces in issues, merge requests, and CI/CD pipelines for feature teams.
  • Translate technical expertise from infrastructure, security, and data teams into readiness artifacts.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in software engineering with a backend focus.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang.
  • Comfort reading and contributing to schemas such as YAML and JSON Schema.
  • Operational exposure to Kubernetes and reasoning about failure modes.
  • Ability to work asynchronously and communicate clearly in written form.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, prompts, or agentic frameworks.
  • Ruby familiarity (preferred).
  • Experience with GitLab-style development workflows, open source contributions, or interest in developer experience (preferred).
