What you'll do

Design and implement AI-driven optimizations to enhance developer productivity and accelerate feedback loops.
Develop and deploy agentic AI to automate end-to-end software engineering workflows and processes.
Create predictive models to identify high-risk commits and forecast potential build failures.
Measure and report on the impact of AI interventions using metrics like cycle time and MTTR.
Conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend best practices for internal engineering teams.
Build tools and software solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG techniques.
Evangelize AI-driven workflows and track emerging tool trends to drive company-wide adoption.

What we're looking for

BE in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (MS preferred) or equivalent experience.
10+ years of work experience.
Expertise in Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Agentic AI techniques.
Hands-on experience implementing LLMs and AI for software engineering workflows, including RAG and fine-tuning.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with extensive Python scripting experience.
Experience in full-stack development including front-end frameworks, back-end frameworks, and database management.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL systems (MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Packer, Terraform, Artifactory, Ansible, or Chef.
