Technical requirements include full-stack development skills in React, Node.js, and Django, as well as experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Terraform. You will solve complex infrastructure problems by integrating RAG and fine-tuning LLMs on enterprise data.

What you'll do

Design and implement AI-driven optimizations to enhance developer productivity and improve release reliability.
Develop and deploy AI agents to automate end-to-end software engineering workflows and processes.
Create and deploy predictive models to identify high-risk commits and forecast potential build failures.
Measure and report on the impact of AI interventions using metrics like cycle time and MTTR.
Conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend best practices and improvements for engineering workflows.
Build insights on AI tool trends to evangelize AI-driven workflows across the organization.

What we're looking for

BE (MS preferred) or equivalent experience in EE/CS with 10+ years of work experience.
Well versed with Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Agentic AI techniques.
Hands-on experience using LLMs and implementing AI for software engineering workflows.
Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Go, including extensive Python scripting experience.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
Experience in full stack development including front-end, back-end, database management, and deployment/hosting.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Packer, Terraform, Artifactory, Ansible, or Chef.
Good understanding of distributed systems, microservice architecture, and REST APIs.
