What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production systems at scale in the cloud.
  • Experience designing highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable services.
  • Proficiency in writing Go, Python, or other languages at production scale.
  • Understanding of Unix/Linux, SSH, and networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and grow junior engineers while influencing technical roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated application of LLMs, skills, and MCPs to coding and review workflows.
  • Experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, or contributing to Open-Source projects.
