What you'll do

Develop and execute Application SW plans of record including schedules, resources, and deliverables for multiple large projects.
Drive program alignment and execution across various functions while managing stakeholder expectations and requirements.
Establish rigorous execution discipline including risk management, mitigation tracking, and executive reporting.
Define program health metrics to monitor quality, timelines, and deviations from the plan of record.
Identify and secure necessary resources to ensure team alignment with technology demands.
Develop processes to streamline the development cycle and integrate multiple plans and dependencies.
Communicate complex technical information and project status to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
Lead process improvement initiatives across the Program Management team to optimize development cycles.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
PMP Certification is preferred.
5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
7+ years of experience in a combination of technical product development and program management.
10+ years of Program Management or related work experience is preferred.
5+ years of experience interacting with senior leadership is preferred.
3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred.
