What you'll do

Establish the Plan of Record by defining roadmap baselines, project priorities, and requirements change control.
Develop execution schedules that include staffing needs, resource requirements, and interdependencies across multiple development teams.
Create and manage program indicators to report status, schedule trends, and risk mitigation plans to management.
Coordinate activities across multiple global design centers and third-party partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify project risks and maintain a risk matrix with corresponding mitigation and contingency strategies.
Lead interdepartmental meetings to define project tasks, set milestones, and allocate resources across functional teams.
Collaborate with software product management to define end-to-end software and long-term maintenance strategies.
Manage the third-party developer ecosystem to identify opportunities for software reuse and roadmap optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Direct experience in semiconductor development is required.
7+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry, Telecommunications, and/or Developer Ecosystems.
3+ years of experience on x86, ARM, or RISK V platforms/ecosystems.
3+ years of experience interacting with senior leadership at the VP level and above.
2+ years of experience in a medium-to-large matrixed organization.
2+ years of experience using program management tools such as dashboards and Gantt charts.
