Stability Governance Lead Analyst - Vice President

What you'll do

• Generate and present monthly stability metrics and reports using data visualization to provide actionable insights.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level objectives (SLOs) for application stability.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual toil and streamline reporting workflows.
• Identify and implement engineering standards and best practices to drive continuous service improvement.
• Conduct thematic analysis of stability data to identify trends and provide recommendations for corrective measures.
• Support the Focus and Intensive Care programs by developing and tracking remediation plans for high-risk systems.
• Review and attest critical stability artifacts to ensure compliance with risk and governance standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality and streamline reporting processes across the stability governance framework.

What we're looking for

• 6-10 years of experience in IT governance, production support, data analysis, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor's/University degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and influence cross-functional teams through clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical acumen to identify complex issues and derive insights from multi-source, large, and unstructured datasets.
• Strong proficiency in data transformation, statistical analysis, and translating raw data into actionable business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and executive communication.
• Prior exposure to ITIL practices, production management frameworks, or SRE principles (preferred).
• Foundational knowledge of data science principles (preferred).
