Senior Technical Revenue Accounting Analyst

What you'll do

• Make technical accounting decisions for new products, go-to-market strategies, and large revenue deals.
• Write technical memos regarding revenue-generating transactions based on authoritative literature and internal policies.
• Support the preparation of 10-Q and 10-K revenue disclosures.
• Monitor US GAAP and SEC developments to ensure alignment with current revenue recognition standards.
• Deliver accurate, audit-ready month-end and quarter-end revenue reports in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with IT teams to improve system processes and reporting outputs.
• Manage SOX controls and support the automation of internal accounting processes.
• Support the integration of acquisitions into the existing revenue accounting framework.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience in education and work.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Accounting/Finance, including software and service arrangements.
• Solid understanding of the technical application of ASC606 and related revenue recognition literature.
• Strong grasp of external reporting standards connected to revenue.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools with an automation-first approach to streamline processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex accounting topics to various audiences.
