Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations

What you'll do

• Manage contract employees processing transactions in legacy systems for acquired businesses.
• Transition acquisition order management processes into standardized Adobe systems and workflows.
• Develop and execute strategies for migrating data and retiring legacy systems.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for order management during multi-functional integration activities.
• Ensure all operations comply with SOX controls and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Resolve complex issues for internal partners and external customers by coordinating across multiple teams.
• Identify, propose, and partner on the development of automation opportunities to scale business processes.
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, policy manuals, and training materials.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in revenue operations, order management, business operations, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in revenue operations, order management, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing or coordinating the work of contractors, vendors, or outsourced teams.
• Working knowledge of order-to-cash or order management systems and processes.
• Experience with Adobe order management systems or comparable enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, or SAP.
• Experience participating in multi-functional projects involving systems integration, testing, or data migration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to document processes clearly for varied audiences.
• Ability to interpret legal contracts, terms, and conditions while working autonomously to meet deadlines.
