Senior System Dev Engineer, Antenna System Validation

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++ and Rust for ARM-based SoCs and FPGA platforms.
• Create device drivers, board support packages, and hardware abstraction layers for peripherals like SPI, I2C, and PCIe.
• Perform hardware bring-up by validating schematics and debugging board-level issues using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Build and maintain firmware features for telemetry, diagnostics, and over-the-air updates.
• Develop unit tests and hardware-in-the-loop tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Root-cause cross-domain issues involving RF, hardware, and manufacturing test systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
• Experience with embedded Linux and/or RTOS environments.
• Experience with common hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet) and reading schematics/datasheets.
• Experience debugging embedded systems using lab equipment like JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Experience with Yocto/BitBake or other embedded Linux build systems (preferred).
• Experience with FPGA/SoC platforms and FPGA-processor integration (preferred).
• Experience with RF systems, phased arrays, or radio/modem firmware (preferred).
