As a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager within the Ads & Monetization organization, you will lead company-level programs involving auction and marketplace systems, measurement and attribution, and new surfaces to drive growth in a competitive market. What we're looking for
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management or related roles leading company-level programs.
Experience leading large-scale programs in ads, marketplace systems, machine learning/AI, ranking, recommendation systems, or data platforms.
Proven track record of influencing senior leadership (VP/SVP level) and aligning multiple organizations on complex projects.
Ability to translate ambiguous business opportunities into clear product or technology roadmaps and execution plans.
Expertise in building accountability systems including metric frameworks, roadmap tracking, and executive-level reporting without formal management authority.
Technical judgment equivalent to an L16 SWE to evaluate technical approaches and guide engineering teams through complex tradeoffs.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve program work while maintaining data privacy and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent work experience.
