As a Staff TPM in Pinterest’s Monetization Data Science team, you will lead the execution roadmap for data-driven monetization initiatives, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and other teams to unify fragmented data into a single source of truth and build an end-to-end input metrics funnel. - Lead the execution roadmap for Monetization Data Science across four strategic pillars.
- Coordinate with Platforms/Data Eng and Monetization Eng to productionalize core tables and governance.
- Enable new instrumentation by closing observability gaps in delivery funnel analysis.
- Drive workflow automation to reduce manual intervention and build monitoring mechanisms.
- Scale self-service tooling for democratized analytics, supporting fast diagnostics and opportunity mining.
- Operationalize input metrics by establishing business review cadences for controllable outcomes.
- Use GenAI to produce AI-assisted first drafts of core program artifacts and modernize workflows.
What we're looking for
- Proven ability to independently own multi-quarter technical programs.
