As a Staff TPM in Pinterest’s Monetization Data Science team, you will lead the execution roadmap for data-driven monetization initiatives, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and other teams to unify fragmented data into a single source of truth and build an end-to-end input metrics funnel. Your day-to-day involves productionalizing core tables, enabling new instrumentation, driving workflow automation, scaling self-serve analytics tools, and operationalizing input metrics through AI-assisted workflows.
