What you'll do

Lead a team of senior TPMs and ICs for cross-org programs in Ads Quality & Measurement.
Set strategy and vision for the Ads Quality & Measurement TPM function, translating goals into measurable roadmaps.
Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science teams to deliver complex programs improving advertiser value.
Own metrics and accountability framework connecting performance signals with clear delivery outcomes.
Embed AI use across the organization to accelerate program workflows while ensuring quality and privacy.

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of technical program management experience leading critical business programs.
At least 2 years of people management experience with senior TPMs and ICs in complex projects.
Proven track record leading large-scale programs in ads, marketplace systems, machine learning, or AI.
Experience setting clear strategies for technical functions from ambiguous business opportunities.
Strong ability to build accountability frameworks across teams with metric tracking and governance.
Demonstrated use of AI to enhance work quality and speed while ensuring data privacy and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
