What you'll do

Lead multi-discipline engineering teams through the full product lifecycle from proof of concept to customer shipment.
Partner with electrical, firmware, thermal, and mechanical teams to define, design, and verify hardware.
Manage technical pathfinding and system design proofs of concept in collaboration with architects.
Coordinate with electro-mechanical vendors to ensure technical deliverables are met and select appropriate suppliers.
Develop cohesive development plans by coordinating across internal product design, manufacturing, firmware, and software teams.
Resolve critical design issues that impact system design program deliverables.
Create and implement best-in-class processes to streamline organizational workflows and meet new challenges.
Translate complex technical discussions into clear action plans and messaging for various stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
MBA or PMI PMP certification is considered a plus.
Experience driving product development with hardware platforms and related software ecosystems.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs on time and within budget.
Experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in New Product Development or Introduction.
Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, JAMA, and JIRA.
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to executive leadership and diverse audiences.
