Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure and Platform

What you'll do

• Own the platform product backlog including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and release management.
• Translate the Director's roadmap into a resourced plan with specific dates and assigned owners.
• Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly operating cadences to keep the platform plan on track.
• Drive adoption of the single golden-path delivery pipeline across four product-development teams.
• Coordinate the onboarding of teams onto shared services and the paved road with clear entry criteria.
• Manage dependencies between platform, product, and architecture teams without formal authority.
• Define and maintain standard work for platform intake, change, and release processes.
• Instrument and report on platform adoption, reliability, and delivery metrics including DORA.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Associate's degree with 8 years, or High School Diploma with 10 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management or IT.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to access export-controlled information.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• CSPO, SAFe Agilist, Product Owner, or PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience managing infrastructure, platform, or DevOps programs as a product (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
